Aluminum frames with profiles of 1.5 x 1.5" and a .070" wall thickness are professionally welded to ensure water proof seems. The mesh is bonded to the frame with Saati's durable Polyurethane glue that is known for its superior bonding strength and resistance to aggressive solvents.
To ensure your screens arrive with optimal tension, please allow a lead time of 1-2 weeks. This timeframe allows us to ship only freshly stretched screens. Our screens are stretched with SAATI HiTex mesh for its exceptional ability to achieve and maintain high tension with minimal elongation, providing you with top-quality results.
