Hydro-X Red and Hydro-X Blue are Chromaline's latest water-resistant pure photopolymer emulsion. Dual cure technology built into a ready-to-use formula.
Hydro-X Brands are revolutionary screen printing emulsions. With extreme resistance to water-based & discharge inks, increased durability, and improved crosslinking, this shockingly good emulsion will prove to be the first premium choice for creating perfect stencils! Preferred coating method is 1x1.
Hydro-X is incredibly fast on LED exposure systems using 405 nm wavelength for better through-cure on new generation equipment, but is still compatible with traditional screen printing exposure systems.

Love The Red!
Love the Red. We’ve been using it since it first launched as Z-1. We printed over 3000 towels with water-based black ink and absolutely no screen breakdown. Awesome stuff!

Fixed the issues I was having!
Thank you again for the recommendation of Hydro-X Red! It instantly fixed the issues I was having, and I can actually clean my screens on press without destroying my stencil. Really saved me with this order!

LOVE IT
Just switched to HYDRO-X from the TECH-WR which is NLA and as you do when you change emulsions was nervous making my first screens. No reason though. This emulsion performance is excellent. Held details well, washed out easily, and my exposure times did not need to be adjusted from what I dialed in with the Tech-WR. I used all the same screen room parameters and am very happy with this new and improved product. Highly recommended for spot color, halftone work (tested to 55lpi so far). This will be our every day emulsion. !!
