NOTE: Super PHAT film must be bonded to mesh using liquid emulsion. Depending on your ink, we might suggest either ChromaBlue or UDC-ACE. Watch our video below for a demonstration.
Just doing some testing, or a 1-time job? Try our 2-sheet trial packs!
Doing high-density printing but want a crisp, sharp print edge? Instead of using a single 400um stencil; use two screens with 200um of Super PHAT on each, with the same image. Print the first one, flash cure, then print the second screen slightly higher. This is known as "stacking" - see the matchstick print in the images above.
Using a fluorescent exposure system? Sorry, you probably won't get good results. Ask another friendly shop who has a stronger exposure light, such as an LED, or even better, a metal halide unit. Also, film positives produced from laser papers won't work - you need really good image density to block the extra UV required to cure through this thicker stencil.
